Celebrating Milestones in Panama: An Unforgettable Girls’ Trip

Seven of us set out to celebrate all of our milestone birthday with a trip to Panama. Our stay was at the Selina Casco Viejo, located in the heart of old town Panama City. This cool and swanky property had one of the best rooftop bars in the city, offering stunning views and a lively atmosphere.

One of the highlights of our trip was taking a walking tour of old town Panama City. We were fascinated by the history and culture of the area, and our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing her knowledge.

We were especially impressed by the tour of the Panama Canal and its locks. The engineering and design of the canal was truly remarkable. A side trip of visiting the Monkey Islands was fun too. The monkeys were playful and adorable, and we had a great time observing them in their natural habitat.

After a few days in the city, we set out on a sailing trip to the San Blas Islands. Our captain and mate were amazing hosts, and they treated us to three days of island hopping, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun. The gourmet food they cooked was delicious, and we enjoyed a variety of fresh seafood and tropical fruits.

The best part of being in the middle of the ocean was to catch up at nights while watching shooting stars.

In conclusion, our trip to Panama was the perfect way to celebrate our milestone birthdays.

The country offers a unique mix of culture, adventure, and relaxation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better destination. From the rooftop bar at Selina Casco Viejo to the stunning beaches of the San Blas Islands, this trip was one for the books and will always be remembered.
