Devils Bridge Trail, Sedona

10/4/2021

3.9 miles with 525 ft elevation gain

Surise hike to Devils Bridge was the best decision we made during our trip to Sedona.

The popularity of this hike makes the bridge very crowded where you have to spend a lot of time to walk on the bridge to get your epic picture taken.

We started hiking around 5.30 am and there were very few people in line there when we got up.

The soft glow of the sunrise hitting the mountains behind the bridge added drama to the entire scene!

We walked the jeep road for the first part, thanks for the tip from the fellow hikers on AllTrails maps, a few others followed us and were very thankful as well.

The views are rewarding and walking the bridge is a lot of fun! This definitely is THE hike you want to do if you can only do one on Sedona!

We spent the rest of the day exploring the beautiful Tlaquepaque Arts and Craft Village and some other local art galleries.

The last day was spent exploring the Amitabha Stupa in the morning followed by lunch at Mesa Grill at Airport Mesa.

The bird’s eye views from the Airport Mesa are amazing, it was totally worth a short drive up the hill.

Finally visiting the cathedral and witnessing its beaufull architecture contrasting with the red rocks was stunning!
